Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2026

At Kdoom, we are committed to providing high-quality academic, job-related, and business support services. Because many of our services are customized according to the individual requirements of each customer, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both the customer and Kdoom.

1. Service Orders

Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information, including requirements, instructions, reference materials, deadlines, and any other information necessary to complete the requested service.

Once an order has been confirmed and work has started, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited because time and resources may already have been allocated to the project.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A customer may request cancellation before work on the order has started.

If the cancellation is approved before work begins, Kdoom may provide a full refund or an appropriate refund after deducting any applicable payment-processing charges or other non-refundable charges.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our official contact channels.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already started, the customer may request cancellation; however, the amount eligible for refund will depend on the stage of completion and the work already performed.

Where substantial work has already been completed, a refund may not be available.

Kdoom reserves the right to determine the refundable amount based on the work completed, resources used, and time spent on the order.

4. Completed Services

Once a service has been fully completed and delivered according to the agreed requirements, the order will generally be considered final and non-refundable.

Customers should carefully review the delivered work and notify Kdoom promptly if there is an issue with the agreed requirements.

5. Revisions and Corrections

If a delivered service does not reasonably match the requirements originally provided by the customer, Kdoom may provide reasonable revisions or corrections where applicable.

Revision requests must relate to the original requirements submitted at the time of placing the order. Requests involving substantial changes, new requirements, or additional work may be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.

6. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, instructions, files, references, and other materials required for the service.

Kdoom will not be responsible for delays, incomplete work, or other issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

7. Delays Caused by the Customer

If a customer fails to provide required information, approvals, files, feedback, or clarification within a reasonable period, the agreed delivery timeline may be affected.

Such delays will generally not qualify the customer for a refund.

8. Missed Deadlines

Kdoom makes reasonable efforts to meet the delivery timeline agreed for each order.

However, delivery times may be affected by factors such as delayed customer responses, incomplete requirements, revisions, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Kdoom is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances within its control, the customer may contact us to discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

9. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same order, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

Applicable payment-processing or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

Kdoom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.

11. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable where applicable, including payment gateway charges, transaction fees, third-party charges, or costs already incurred specifically for the customer’s order.

12. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us through our official contact details and provide:

Kdoom does not guarantee academic grades, marks, admission, employment, business results, or any other outcome resulting from the use of our services.
